- Low carbon emissions – both in the Life Cycle Stages of the construction of the proposed building and during the the building’s operational use
- Reduced reliance on non-renewable, fossil fuel based energy in favour of renewable energy
- High thermal efficiency making the building more efficient at retaining heat / staying cool by carefully selecting the main building fabric elements thus reducing the amount of enery required to heat or cool the building
- Solar Photovoltaics to generate electricity as well as installing Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) to work alongside a high efficiency gas fired boiler plant
