60 bed elderly, dementia and nursing care home, Northern Ireland

Belfast Central Mission (BCM) employed Northstar to design and project manage their new 60-bed household model of care home at this stunning site overlooking the Irish Sea at Millisle. 

The design reflects familiar local building materials and styles, making it a place of comfort for residents with dementia.

The scheme has been designed along the ‘Household Model of Care’ to dementia Gold Standard design with secure gardens and a roof terrace offering incredible views.

BCM’s Chief Exec has described the building as the next generation of care home design which is unrivalled in all of Northern Ireland.
