Winterbrook Nursing Home is a long-established residential care home on the outskirts of Wallingford.  The facilities at Winterbrook have had piecemeal upgrades and extensions over the years but this proposal offers a comprehensive modernisation programme and the addition of sufficient spacious, en-suite bedrooms and a re-organisation of living rooms and dining facilities.

This proposal is for a comprehensive redevelopment to modernise the home and take its bed numbers up to 60 en-suite bedrooms with 5sqm dayspace per resident, taking the overall total to 60 bedrooms.
