66 studio and one bed care apartment scheme with wellness centre, spa and swimming pool for SENSAI Lifestyle

Northstar worked with SENSAI on this new concept of a high-end elderly care, health and well-being proposal to create a whole new care model concept

The scheme has a large two, and part three, storey care home building on the site alongside a ‘Medi-Spa’ building housing a wellness suite; GP consulting rooms; swimming pool and treatment rooms.

The residential element of the complex is designed to house up to 70 people within 66 apartments.  Each apartment has a large living area and a walk in luxury shower/wet room and a living/kitchen/dining area for entertaining.
