KEITH’S ROLE: Keith provides Health, Safety and Welfare advice to the team ensuring the projects comply with all current legal and statutory requirements. As CDM Coordinator Keith acts on behalf of Clients to ensure that they can discharge their obligations under the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2007. HE GOT HIS START: Keith is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and an accredited Health and Safety practitioner. After starting out ‘on the tools’ Keith had a successful career as a Project Manager in general construction consultancy. In 2001 Keith set out to work ‘freelance’ for a number of both public sector and blue chip companies providing Project Management and Health and Safety advice. With an in depth knowledge of the construction industry, it’s methods and it’s day to day workings, Keith is equally comfortable working ‘hands on’ at site level or supporting clients at a higher, strategic level. With a reputation for bringing positive energy and enthusiasm to the team, Keith works closely with all stakeholders in order to put in place practical Health and Safety systems that are robust and which suit their particular culture and which, importantly, can work and be managed on a day to day basis. He is committed to making it easier and simpler for people to take sensible and proportionate measures to protect people and enable their businesses to succeed and at the same time to be inherently safe.
